The Late Sooner Event
http://tinyurl.com/7e5qzeo
On Saturday, March 10, Kansas Author's Club, District #2 hosted an event "Writing the Skeletons in Your Closet" at Johnson County's Antioch Library.
I shared a power point presentation of the steps I took to write The Late Sooner based on my great-grandfather's one-line-a-day diary. I also furnished handouts of helpful books and websites for history writers.

Free Downloads
Last week my publisher put The Late Sooner on Amazon for free for two days. In that period 9,300 people downloaded it.
I'm beginning to get some nice reviews at the site.

Guess a lot of people have Kindles or apps on their iPhones, iPads, or PCs.
